Wilella Cloyd Scott, 89, of Glasgow, died Monday, March 6, 2017, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
Born in Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Dave and Lula Mae Cloyd. Mrs. Scott was also preceded in death by her husband, Buford Scott; a son, Calvin Scott; two sisters, Juanita Elmore and Joyce England; and a brother, William Bernard Cloyd.
Mrs. Scott was a homemaker and worked with the family on their farm and had been an employee of Kentucky Pants Company. She was a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church and W.M.U.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff Scott (Teresa), of Park City and Gary Scott (Diane), of Glasgow; one daughter, Michelle England (Charlie), of Park City; a daughter-in-law, Judy Scott, of Park City; eight grandchildren: Moria Painter (Brett), Kelton Scott (Connie), Ashley Holleman (Chad), Luke Scott, Alex Pennington, Cole Scott, Emily England and Nicholas England; four great-grandchildren, Meghan Scott, Ella and Carolena Painter and Laurel Holleman. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at Park City. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
