Myla Jean Salyer, 81, of Glasgow, died Friday, May 5, 2017, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow.
A native of St. Louis, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Agnes Dempsey and George Calvin Hillin. Her husband was the late Monroe Salyer.
Mrs. Salyer was a homemaker and a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Pam Carron and husband Mike, of Glasgow; three sons, Kenneth Salyer, of Glasgow, Michael Salyer and wife Susan, of Pensacola, Fla., and Darren Salyer and wife Bonna, of St. Louis, Mo; one sister, Mary Annette Strasser and husband Carl, of St. Louis, Mo; six grandchildren: Jenny Phillips, Amy Cardwell and husband Greg, Becky Seabaugh and husband Tim, Kelly Green and husband David, Kristen Salyer and Adam Salyer; 10 great-grandchildren; her fiancé Gene Paulson, of Glasgow; one niece and two nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 10 at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. and Wednesday morning until time for the service.
