Geneva Pearl Morgan, 82, of Glasgow, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, in Glasgow. Geneva was born in Randolph, the daughter of the late Ed Shockley and Maymie Coffey Shockley. Geneva worked at Kentucky Pants sewing factory in Glasgow for over 15 years and cleaned houses for several people. She attended Randolph Church of Christ.
Survivors include a daughter, Anita Bowles (William "Billy"), of Glasgow; two grandsons, Travis and Darian Bowles, of Glasgow; one brother, Marvin Shockley, of Glasgow; two sisters, Ruth Pedigo, of Glasgow and Sylvia Coffey, of Petersburg, Ill.; and a very special niece, Kathy Stephens. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Morgan; three sisters, Jewell Pickett, Lucille Crumpton and Jeanette Crenshaw.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Randolph Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and Tuesday until time for services.
