Timothy Lynn Devore, 58, of Munfordville, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017, in Munfordville.
Timmy was a member of Rowletts Baptist Church.
He loved his grandbaby, he was an avid reader, he enjoyed being around people and was an excellent storyteller.
Timmy is survived by his wife, Kathy Franklin Devore; mother, Rosalyn Druen Stone and husband, Tommy, of Rowletts; father, William Devore and his wife, the late Charlotte Devore; son, Derek Devore, of Bonnieville; daughter, Whitney England and husband, Travis, of Smiths Grove; granddaughter, Millie Kate England; sister, Valecia Floyd and husband Mike, of White Mills; brothers, Dennis Devore and wife, Felicia, of Glasgow, Chris Devore, of Glasgow, and Neil Bennett and wife, Tracey, of Smithfield, Va.; and father- and mother-in-law, Howard and Fay Franklin, of Elizabethtown. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, whom he loved dearly.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 8, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Brother Berlon Roy and Brother Dwayne Cook officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:30 until 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Timothy Devore Grandchild Fund, which may be taken to any BB&T Bank location.
