Ollie Terry Denham, 71, of Glasgow, died Saturday, April 1, 2017, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. Born April 13, 1945 in Glasgow, he was a son of the late Mary Alice Lewis and Creed Denham, and the husband of Patsy Matthews Denham, who survives. They were married 53 years. He was a finish carpenter and a farmer. He was of the Pentecostal faith and a veteran of the Air Force. Survivors, other than his wife, include, one son, Greg Denham, Summer Shade; one sister Arlene (Danny) Vincent, Sweeden; and one brother, Harold (Sharon) Denham, Glasgow. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 1 p.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home, with the Reverend Jim Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 3 until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday after 7 a.m. until time of services.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
