Danny Depp Harbison
February 2, 1959 - March 3, 2019
Danny Depp Harbison, 60, of Summer Shade, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.
Born Feb. 14, 1959 in Glasgow, he was a son of the late Rollin Depp and Willie Lee Middleton Harbison.
He ran a debarker in the lumber industry.
Survivors include one daughter, Savannah (Orry Wood) Howell, of Glasgow; one brother, Eddie (Patti) Harbison, of Summer Shade; two grandchildren, Cheyenne Howell and Kaige Wood, of Glasgow; his companion, Pat Morris, of Tompkinsville; nephew, Chris (Kelly Jo) Harbison; niece, Shelly McIntyre; great-niece and nephew, Carter and Maddie Harbison.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday March 7, 2019 at Summer Shade Christian Church with burial to follow in Summer Shade cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 3-8 p.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home and on Thursday from 7 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at the funeral home and after 11 a.m. at the church.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
