Charles E. Lewis, 82, of Glasgow, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at his home.
He was born in Glasgow, the son of the late Rennick and Ruby Smith Lewis.
Charles was a former general sales manager for auto dealerships in Florida and was also in the landscape supply business. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army and was a member of Glasgow Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Harlow Lewis; his daughter, Carla McPhee of Woodstock, Georgia; five grandchildren: Tyler, Kelsi and Winston McPhee, Steven Lewis and Jincy Soler (Shawn); one great-grandchild, Rennick Soler; a daughter-in-law, Sara Lewis of Tampa, Florida; one sister, Joanne Bunch, of Louisville; one brother Rondal Lewis of Tampa, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Steven Perry Lewis, in 2013.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19 at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time for the service.
